Meet Cathryn WIlson, APCC
"You already have what you need to start creating real change."
Want support to build a life that reflects your values, goals, and authentic self?
You’re in the right place.
I’m here to help you quiet the noise, take action, and truly start living.
My style is all about helping you uncover what’s really driving the patterns keeping you stuck—whether that’s procrastination, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships. Together, we’ll explore the root causes and create real, meaningful change that aligns with who you are and what you want out of life. I believe therapy should feel like a balance of deep reflection and practical tools, all within a safe, supportive space where you can truly be yourself.
I also love incorporating the mind-body connection—because sometimes our emotions show up in places we don’t expect—and somatic practices can help build self-awareness and healing. With that said I believe in tailoring the sessions to the needs of my clients, and if movement is not your thing, thats fine too! If a faith-based perspective is important to you, I’m happy to integrate Christian principles to help you find a deeper sense of purpose. My goal? To walk alongside you as you create a life that feels fulfilling, balanced, and, most importantly, true to yourself.
My style
I combine warmth and empathy with honest, no-nonsense challenges to help you break old patterns and create meaningful change.
As a therapist, I’m warm, empathetic, and supportive, but I’m not here to co-sign behaviors that keep you stuck. I believe in holding space for you to be honest with yourself—without judgment—but also in gently challenging the patterns and beliefs that aren’t serving you.
I bring energy and emotion to our work, often talking with my hands and getting as invested in your growth as you are. You can expect a balance of compassion and accountability, where I’ll support you every step of the way while encouraging you to dig deep and take action toward the changes you want to see in your life.
My guiding principles
Renewal & Transformation
Renewal is at the heart of what I do. Whether it’s rediscovering who you are, healing emotional wounds, growing spiritually, or strengthening your relationships, I believe change is always possible.
Faith and Purpose
We all have a story we live by, a way of making sense of the world. For some of my clients, that’s Christianity, while for others, it’s something else. What’s important is discovering what guides you—what you put your faith in—and making sure it lines up with the life you want to create. Your purpose matters, and uncovering it can give you the direction and meaning you’ve been looking for.
Stability & Growth
True growth begins with being firmly rooted in your values—they are the foundation that creates stability and resilience. When you’re grounded in what truly matters to you, you can take steps toward lasting, meaningful change.
Honesty
Growth requires honesty, and I believe in creating a space where you feel safe to be real—both with yourself and with me. I value transparency in our work together, which means I’ll hold space for you with compassion but also challenge you when it’s needed. True renewal happens when we’re willing to face what’s hard and work toward what’s possible, together.
