Online therapy works a lot like in-person therapy, but with the convenience of meeting from wherever you feel most comfortable. We’ll connect through a secure, easy-to-use video platform, and you’ll receive a link to join our session right from your device.
I understand that some people worry virtual therapy might not feel as personal, but I’ve found that it creates a safe and comfortable space for clients to open up—whether they’re in their living room, a cozy corner, or even their parked car for some privacy. It’s also a great way to fit therapy into your schedule without needing to worry about traffic or commutes.
While we won’t be sitting across from each other in the same room, the connection we build is just as meaningful, and the work we do together can be just as impactful. If you have any questions or concerns, I’d love to talk them through with you!

Right now, I’m only offering virtual therapy sessions, which allows me to work with clients all across California. That said, I do plan to offer in-person sessions and workshops in California in the future—so stay tuned for updates!

My fee is $175 per hour for individual sessions and $225 per hour for couples. I know therapy can feel like a big investment, but here’s the thing: how often do we have unlimited resources to spend on things that distract us from our problems, yet hesitate to invest in what could actually heal them? Therapy is an investment in yourself—your growth, your peace, and your relationships.
It’s about prioritizing your well-being and setting the kind of boundaries that allow you to build a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with your values. And unlike that impulse shopping spree or streaming subscription, the work we do together is designed to create lasting change, not just a temporary escape. You’re worth it.

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll start by talking about why you’re seeking support now and what you hope to get out of the process. I’ll also go over your intake form to learn more about your history and experiences. From there, we’ll spend time identifying what you want your life to look and feel like, and together, we’ll set goals to help guide you toward that vision. This session lays the foundation for our work together and ensures we’re aligned on what matters most to you.

How long you stay in therapy is completely up to you. Some people come with a specific issue to work through and find resolution in a few months, while others choose to continue therapy for ongoing growth and support. In our first session, we’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels right for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about finding what works best for your needs and timeline, whether that’s working through an acute situation short-term or a longer term journey towards meaningful change.

An associate therapist is a therapist who has completed their graduate education, training, and clinical hours, and holds a provisional license while working toward full licensure. Associates are highly trained and provide therapy under the guidance and support of an experienced, fully licensed therapist.

If you’re located outside of California, I’m unable to provide clinical counseling services due to licensing restrictions. However, as a certified Christian Counselor, I can offer faith-based guidance and support to individuals nationwide. This includes helping you explore your relationship challenges, reconnect with Biblical principles, and build a Christ-centered foundation in your personal or relational journey.
Wherever you’re located, we can work together to align your life and relationships with God’s vision and values. If you’re unsure whether this type of support is the right fit for you, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss your needs in more detail.
